4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless & trimmed of fat
1 C mayo
1 C parmesan, shredded (or Asiago)
2 tsp Lawry's (or favorite seasoning salt)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each breast into large strips.
Place strips in a bowl of buttermilk (or reg milk if you don't have buttermilk)
Soak 30 mins, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375º.
In small bowl, combine mayo, 1/2 cheese & spices.
Place chicken into a 9"x13" baking dish & spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken. & sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 40-45 mins, or until cooked through.
If you like the top extra brown, you can finish off under the broiler for a minute or two.
