2 avocados, ripe but firm
1 pomegranate
4 oz. seedless black grapes
lemon juice (or Fruit Fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pomegranate in half. Crush in a bowl of water. Drain. Wash grapes and add them to pomegranate seeds.

Slice avocados into thick half rings. Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado to prevent browning. Drain avocado, then add to fruit.

Pour dressing over avocado and fruit. Toss before serving.

3 Tb. olive or avocado oil
white wine vinegar (or lemon juice if it's Tishrei)
1 tsp. sugar
4 Tb. fresh mint, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste

Put all ingredients for dressing in a glass jar and shake vigorously for 2 minutes.
