1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple w/ juice
1 (3-oz.) pkg. red Jell-O*
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled overnight in refrigerator

*Can substitute any flavor Jello (lime, orange, strawberry, etc.)

Directions:

Drain crushed pineapple. Reserve the juice. Set aside.

In medium saucepan, boil crushed pineapple until hot and boiling. Remove from heat and add Jello package, stir well. Add cream cheese and blend well. Cool.

Beat chilled evaporated milk until soft peaks form and sauce is thickened. Add to Jello, cream cheese and pineapple mixture. Mix well, then chill.
