4 eggs beaten
2 cups of sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
2 (10 oz, approx 2 cups)strawberries thawed drained and mashed

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp strawberry juice

Directions:

Mix well and pour into greased and floured loaf pans, (makes 3 large or 6 small loaf pans) Fill pans 1/2 full. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes for small pans and 60 minutes for large pans.

Can be glazed while bread is hot, glaze will absorb into the bread. Can also be glazed cool for a pretty pink glaze that sits on top of the bread.
