2kg chicken wings (2 packets)
All-purpose seasoning
Jerk seasoning (dried)
Smoked paprika
Chicken seasoning
Brown sugar
Jerk marinade
Green seasoning *Ingredients below
Plain Greek yogurt
Browning
Liquid smoke (optional)

Jerk sauce: Stock/Juice from the wings, BBQ sauce, sweet chilli, ketchup, and heated in a pot on the stove

Directions:
Directions:
1) wash the chicken wings with lemon and white vinegar
2) In a bowl combine all ingredients together. Allow chicken to marinade in fridge for a minimum of 4hrs *for the best flavour overnight.
3. remove the chicken and put it on a baking tray and place in oven on 190c for 1hr-1.30mins or until the chicken has cook through. *Base chicken 2-3times during cooking process.
4.take out the chicken wings and plate them up
5. Lastly serve Jerk chicken wings with whatever side you like and pour over jerk sauce 😋
