1 Beef Tenderloin (any size)
1/2 stick of butter
3 cloves garlic (minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in bottom of a broiler pan, add garlic, salt and pepper. Roll the meat in the butter mixture until well coated. Let meat rest at room temperature for 1-11/2 hours. Bake in preheated 325º oven for 45 minutes - basting twice.

Meat will be medium rare after 45 minutes.
