1 envelope gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1/2 c boiling water
1/2 c Hellmanns mayo
1 T lemon juice
1 T grated onion
1/2 t Tabasco
1/4 t paprika
1 t salt
1 large can salmon, bones and skin removed
1 T capers
1/2 12 oz container sour cream

Dill Sauce
1 t salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of sugar
4 t lemon juice
1 t grated onion
2 T finely chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place gelatin in cold water to soften. Mix in hot water.
Remove bones and any skin from salmon. Mash well and add to gelatin.
Add all ingredients. Mix very well to combine all.
Pour into greased fish shaped mold.
Chill.

Mix all ingredients. Chill.

Decorate the mold with caper eyes, pimento mouth and cucumber scales if desired.
