1 pkg shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp sukiyaki sauce
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 lg cloves garlic
3/4 lb spaghetti noodles
salt & pepper
white wine vinegar
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti noodles in a large pot of salted water.
Drain, reserving 1/2 C cooking water for later.
Drain pasta & rinse under cold water.
Peel & finely chop garlic.
Pat chicken dry & slice into thin strips - season with salt & pepper.
Whisk sukiyaki sauce, reserved cooking water & 1 tsp vinegar.
Heat oil in large skillet over med heat.
Add chicken & cook until browned on both sides & cooked through, then transfer chicken to bowl & wipe out skillet.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in same skillet.
Add garlic & cabbage - season with salt & pepper & cook until tender, then transfer into bowl with chicken.
In skillet, add noodles & sauce mixture - toss to coat. Season with pepper.
Cook until noodles are warmed through.
Add chicken & cabbage & toss to combine.
