Champagne, white wine, or vodka
granulated sugar

Directions:
Wash grapes. Cut into small bunches/portions, leaving them on the vine/stems. Dry thoroughly.

Spritz (lightly spray) with Champagne, white wine, or vodka. Let sit in refrigerator over night.

Beat egg whites until frothy. Dip grape bunches in egg whites (or brush on with a pastry brush), then roll in sugar.

Put on wax paper lined tray or baking sheet. Put in freezer to set.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is fancy, but easy. Can be a garnish for sorbet or other desserts. I like to use on "new fruits" tray for Tu B'Shevat or Rosh Hashana.
