4 chicken breasts
2 T of Lipton onion soup mix any flavor
3 T of mayonaise
1 tsp mustard
pinch of cayenne
splash of lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup bread crumbs


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix soup mix mayonaise, mustard, cayenne, lemon juice(optional) in a small bowl. Place chicken in a large baking or pyrex pan. Coat 1 side of each chicken breast with mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over each breast. Bake for 25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Increase heat to broil to crisp the top.
