3 romaine hearts, chopped
1/2 bag chopped cabbage
scallions, chopped
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 (11 oz.) bag Nish Nosh Cracker Crisps (sour cream and onion flavor), slightly crushed

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl. Top with Nish Nosh and dressing. Toss to combine (add dressing in small batches to avoid overdressing.)
 

Dressing

5 cloves of garlic, crushed (use less if they're big)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T dijon mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
soy sauce (optional, up to 1/2 c., reduce water accordingly)

Combine. The dressing makes enough for a very large salad or 2 smaller ones.

Leftover dressing can be used on plain cabbage for an easy salad. Kosher stores carry nishnashim crackers. If you can't find them, try substituting a flatbread cracker.
