2 tsp. green jalapeņo pepper sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 red bell peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 onion, diced (red onion, if you have)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen corn
4 cloves garlic, minced
