2 c. wine
3 1/4 c. sugar
1 pouch liquid pectin (3oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring wine and sugar to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin. Return to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Process in a hot water bath 10 minutes to seal. I sometimes skip this step and just put upside down for 5 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 pints.
