1 lg. Chicken
3 Onions
1 Celery Stalk
2 cans Bamboo Shoots
1 cans Water Chestnuts
2 cans Bean Sprouts
2 cans Mushrooms
3-4 Tbsp. Flour
1-1½ qt. Chicken Stock
5 Bouillon Cubes
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until it is done, strip meat off the bones and set aside. Cut up onion and celery, glaze them in a hot skillet with oil. Add flour and stir good. Add chicken and bouillon cubes. Add in bamboo, water chestnuts, mushrooms and chicken. Cook for 20 minutes. Put bean sprouts in about 10 minutes before serving. Season with Worcestershire Sauce and soy sauce. Salt and pepper, to taste. Serve over show mein noodles or rice.
