6 medium Idaho baking potatoes
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
4 green onions with tops, finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, juice drained
1/4 cup dill pickle relish, juice drained
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste.

1. Boil potatoes until tender. Cool completely. Peel and chop into 1/2 inch cubes then salt and pepper the cubes and mix. Set aside.

2. Make a mixture of the remaining ingredients and pour over the potatoes and mix. Refrigerate.

Best made 4 to 6 hours ahead of time.
