6 c. Cornbread, crumbled
2 c. Milk
5 c. Soft Bread Crumbs
1¼ tsp. Salt
1¼ tsp. Pepper
1½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 c. Onion, diced
1 c. Celery, diced
½ c. Butter
1 c. Oysters (1pt. drained, saved)
2 Eggs, beaten

Oyster Juice, plus enough Broth or Milk to make 1¼

Directions:
Combine crumbs and seasoning. Lightly brown celery and onions in butter. Stir in drained oysters, cook until wrinkled. Add to crumb mixture, mixing lightly. Gradually add eggs. Add liquid to desired moisture wanted. Stuff turkey and cook as directed.

Use a 14 oz. bag cubed stuffing mix. 1 bag cornbread. 1 bag soft crumbs or light bread.
