2½ lb. Chicken, cut into serving pieces
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 med. Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 med. Onion, sliced
1 jar Ragu Sauce
¼ c. Dry Red Wine or Beef Broth
¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken, 8 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered 25 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
