1 - [8oz] container Cool Whip
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1/2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350ºF.
Coat 9X13 pan with cooking spray

2. Layer Ingredients:
Spread out single layer of Oreo cookies. In an even layer, pour the can of Sweetened Condensed milk over the cookies. Using a spatula, smooth the Cool Whip on top.
Evenly sprinkle your chocolate cake mix over that. If there are lumps, you can rake them out with a fork. Finally, slice the butter and place it on top, covering as much surface area as possible to avoid dry spots. Make sure not to mix any of the ingredients.

3. Bake your Dump Cake for 45 minutes

Personal Notes:
That's it; you're done! The Oreo cookies on the bottom become a chocolatey crust, the condensed milk takes on the color and consistency of caramel, and the Cool Whip and butter infuse the cake mix with moisture, creating a dessert that has layers of textures and flavors.

If you'd like, you can top it with [fresh] whipped cream. This helps cut the sweetness if you prefer desserts that aren't overly sweet.
