1 c. olive oil
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 bundle parsley
1 T. chili flakes
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 T. dried oregano or 2 T. fresh
1/2 c. water
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, bring water and salt to a boil, stir till dissolved. Remove from heat allow to cool. Smash garlic, mince fine, transfer to a bowl. Mince parsley, add to garlic along with the oregano and bay leaves and chili flakes. Whisk in red wine vinegar and then the olive oil. Whisk in cooled salt water to desired consistency.
