8 pieces of lemon sole
Lawry’s garlic salt
1/2 stick of butter cut into 1/4” pats
1 lemon cut into thin slices
Paprika

1 box of Cheez-its
1 T garlic, chopped finely
1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put Cheez-its into food processor and crush into fine crumbs.
In large bowl, mix in melted butter and garlic until stuffing consistency.
Place a heap of stuffing in the center of each piece of sole.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Place in greased baking dish.
Place 1 slice of lemon on each roll.
Sprinkle with Lawry’s, and top with pats of butter.
Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
Bake in 350° oven until fish is opaque and flaky, about 30 minutes.
