2 lbs lean chopped meat
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 t Lawry’s garlic salt
1 t pepper
3/4 c flavored breadcrumbs such as Jason’s or Progresso
1/2 c Heinz ketchup
1 T Worcestershire sauce

Topping
1/2 c Heinz ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar

2 potatoes cut into chunks, or tiny potatoes
2 onions cut into chunks
Small package of baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into meat.
Form into a tightly compressed loaf in a baking dish.
Mix brown sugar and ketchup and ‘ice’ meatloaf all over with mixture.
Surround meatloaf with potatoes cut into chunks, an onion cut into chunks, and baby carrots.
Bake in 350° oven until brown, about 45 minutes.
