1.5 lbs. greenbeans (cooked)
1/2 tsp. salt
about 3 c. cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella cut in bite size cubes
4-6 fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
1 c. grated parmesan
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 T. olive oil
3 T. butter
Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together bread crumbs and parmesan, reserve 1/4 cup. In a buttered dish toss together greenbeans, tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with olive oil, coat with bread crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs dot with butter. Bake at 375º for 20ish minutes. Might need to cook a few additional minutes at 425º to crisp the top.
