Sweet Potato Boobs Recipe

6 Sweet Potatoes
1/4 c Maple syrup
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 can Pineapple Slices.
Chopped Pecans
Maraschino cherries

Place sweet potatoes on aluminum foil on oven rack.
Bake until very soft to the touch.
Put on a dish towel and cover with an inverted bowl
Allow to cool.
This makes it so easy to peel potatoes.
After peeled, mash potatoes and add syrup, brown sugar and egg.
Form into balls using ice cream scoop, then roll in chopped pecans!
Place each ball on a slice of pineapple, which has been placed on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Place 1/2 of a marshmallow on each ‘boob’.
Bake another 15 minutes or until marshmallow is browned.
Open top of marshmallow with knife and insert cherry.
Bake 5 more minutes.
