1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tb. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
chopped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions (whites + greens)

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and herbs and spices. Blend.

Add onions (reserve a few of the greens). Stir.

Chill for about 3 hours. Garnish with reserved onion greens. Serve with crudités.
