1 10 oz pkg mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
Salt, pepper, thyme
Red wine
Fresh parsley
9 oz fresh pasta (Rana)
Flour
Better than bouillon beef
Half and half
Grated parmigiana

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, salt when boiling

Melt butter
Slice mushrooms and sauté until tender (not browned)
Salt pepper and thyme
Add 2 tbsp better than bouillon
Deglaze pan w wine
Add fresh parsley
Add a tablespoon of flour to slightly thicken
Add a few ladles of pasta water
Bring to boil and add a little cream
Add pasta and top w grated cheese
