12 Eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 heaping Tbs of Hellmans mayonnaise
1/2 an onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2t either Dijon mustard or mustard powder
Sprinkle of pepper

Directions:

Carefully slice eggs in half the long way.
Remove yolks and place in mixing bowl, Mash well
Mix all ingredients into yolks well.
Refill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, piling high.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve!
