Ingredients:  
Make tiny 1” in diameter meatballs our of 12oz ground beef, 1/4c matzoh meal, 1 egg, 1tsp Lawry’s garlic salt. Put aside.
2 T vegetable oil or chicken fat
12-15 chicken wings, cut into 2 pieces.
1lb chicken gizzards
3 medium onions cut into chunks
1 T sweet paprika or to taste
Lawry’s garlic salt
Pepper
2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chicken fat in a large soup pot
Brown the chicken wings and gizzards. Remove from pot.
Brown the tiny meatballs. Remove from pot.
Sauté the onions until caramel brown.
Add the chicken, meatballs and water to pot. Add salt, paprika, and pepper.
Cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
Stir well. Taste broth for seasoning.
Cook 1 hr more.
Serve over rice.
Enjoy.
