4 C egg noodles (cooked & drained)
4 oz crem cheese, softened
1 C sour cream
1/4 C & 1/8 C Parmesan

1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 C diced red onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 C diced red bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
14 oz petite diced tomatoes, not drained
6 oz tomato paste
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoning salt
1 C colby jack, shredded
1 C sharp cheddar, shredded
2 C mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In small bowl, combine cheddar & colby jack - set aside.
In med bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream & Parmesan - mix well & add noodles.
In lg skillet add vegetable oil - sauté onions & bell peppers until tender - add garlic & cook 20 seconds.
Add ground beef & cook; drain. Add beef back to skillet & add Worcestershire, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder & seasoning salt - combine well.
Transfer noodles to a greased baking dish.
Top with meat mixture, then top meat with cheese mixture, then mozzarella.
Tent with foil.
Bake 30 mins.
Remove from oven & remove foil.
Broil until golden & bubbly.
