Crust:
-2 cups self-rising flour
-1-1/2 cups heavy cream
-2 tablespoon butter

Quiche:
-1 lb breakfast sausage
-1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese
-5 large eggs
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 teaspoon garlic

Directions:
Directions:
-Spread butter in casserole dish
-In bowl, mix heavy cream and self-rising flour - then press into buttered casserole dish
-Cook sausage (I use Jones 1 lb sausage) and brown, remove from heat. Sprinkle sausage on top of biscuit dough
-Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage
-In separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour over Cheese/sausage

-Bake 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown

Optional: Cook chopped onions with pork; you can also add broccoli; peppers
