2 C fresh broccoli florets
1 C diced carrots
1/2 C cashews, halved or chopped
1 C dried cranberries

1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1 Tb chopped garlic
2/3 C mayonnaise
2 Tb sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, carrots, cashews, and dried cranberries in a large bowl. (Quantities need not be exact. Can adjust proportions to taste.)

Combine vinegar, garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour over vegetable mixture and mix well.

Serve chilled.
