6 slices white bread, cubed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pound bulk sausage
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and cool.

In a 2 quart oblong utility dish, put:
1 layer of bread cubes
1 layer of sausage
1 layer of cheese

Beat eggs, add milk, salt, and mustard.
Pour over casserole and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.

Test with toothpick.

Yield 5 to 6 servings.
