1 1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla
4 1/2 C flour
3 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon

Cinnamon and Sugar:
1/2 C sugar
1 t cinnamon

Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese room temperature
1/4 C butter softened
2 t. vanilla
4 C powder sugar
milk to thin
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Scrape the sides and add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon, combine thoroughly.
scoop out 1/3 C of dough and roll into a ball, repeat with remaining dough.
Combine the sugar and Cinnamon, leave out a little to sprinkle on cookies after frosting. Roll and press the cinnamon and sugar onto the cookie dough. flatten the cookie dough by gently so its a shape of a hockey puck.

Bake 14017 minutes.
Frosting:
Whipp butter, cream cheese and vanilla, add powder sugar, one cup at a time add milk now t. at a time until you've reached your desired consistency.
add frosting to a gallon zip lock bag and cut off corner and pipe frosting on warm cookie and sprinkle with cinn/sugar mixture. best served warm
