l large or 2 small zucchinis
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
3 T. butter
1 pint canned tomatoes
2 T. flour
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Dice zucchini, cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes. Dice onion & green pepper, brown in butter. Add tomatoes that have been thickened with the flour. Add salt & sugar. Place over drained zucchini. Place in a casserole dish. Grate american or cheddar cheese over the top. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
