1 box pasta shells
1/3 C mayonnaise
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tb jalapeņo slices
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package (include dash of salt and a bit of oil so that it doesn't stick). Drain.

Add onion, jalapeņos, seasoning, and mayonnaise. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. Stir in cheese. Refrigerate.

Was brought to Meme's house after Little Papa (Russ Owen) had passed away. The reason it's a good dish for funerals is because it is carb-o-licious in a way that is homey and soothing, but the jalapeņos perk you up a little. It's also good for any potluck.
