2 cups rhubarb

2 well beaten eggs

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp. flour

1/8 tsp. salt

1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar, flour and salt and mix together. Mix in 2 cups of rhubarb cut into small pieces.

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425º. When crust is light brown around edges lower heat to 35º and bake till filling is set.
