4 c. water
4 c. sugar
4 c. cold water - additional
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 cans ( 13 oz. each) pineapple tidbits
Assorted frozen fruit: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and/or any mixed frozen fruit.

Directions:
Bring to a rolling boil sugar and 4 cups water. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and 4 cups cold water. Put in plastic container and freeze. Overnight freezing is best.
Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving to thaw slightly to release from container.
Put in large bowl and pour pineapple tidbits over frozen chunk, this will start a thaw that will allow you to break up the frozen chunk. Add any variety of frozen fruit. Serve as a frozen dessert or refresher on a hot summer day.

Katie, this is for you. This is a refreshing treat with the frozen fruit. It's not a drink more of a ice fruit dessert.
This will serve a large crowd and any left over can be refrozen and used to make smoothies.
