1 lb. Ground Beef
24 oz. jar Spaghetti Sauce
½ c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
8 oz. part skim Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 pkg. Wonton Wrappers

Preheat the oven to 350º. In a large skillet, cook the beef, crumbling, cook until no more pink remains. Drain the fat, return the meat to the pan. Add the sauce and ¼ c. mozzarella, stir to combine. Combine in a bowl the ricotta, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and parmesan, mix well. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan. Place 2 wrappers per cup overlapping to fill the tin. In each cup add 2 Tbsp. meat mix, the 1-2 Tbsp. cheese mixture, top with 2 Tbsp. meat mix. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over each one. Bake 12-15 minutes, allow to cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
