1 Spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all ingredients and scoop into muffin tin or loaf pan.
Bake muffins 19 minutes or loaf pan 30 minutes

Topping options: powdered sugar glaze with coarse sugar or cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top; canned cream cheese frosting
