6 Tbsp butter
1 C chopped onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic
3 C diced potatoes
1 1/2 C baby lima beans
2 C corn kernels
3 C chicken stock
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 1/2 C bbq sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire
2 Tbsp brown sugar (optional - I think it makes it too sweet, adjust accordingly)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 C cooked, shredded chicken
2 C cooked, pulled pork

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion & garlic in butter, until tender.
Add potatoes, beans, corn, tomatoes & stock - bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat & simmer until veggies are tender.
Add bbq sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne & meats - mix well.
Simmer, uncovered, 15 mins.
