1 1/2 poinds pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch medallions
4T flour
2T veg oil
2C sliced fresh mushrooms
1T chopped rosemary or 1/2 T dried
1 shallot minced or 2T minced onion
fresh pepper
1/2 C beef broth
1/3 C dry marsala wine
Chopped parsley for garnish

Lightly dredge pork in flour

In a large saute pan, heat the poil. Place the emdallions in the pan cook 4 min each side.

Add mushrooms, rosemary, shallot or onion and pepper to saute pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Add with 1/2 C beef borth and Marsala or additional beef broth and cook 8010 minutes

Serve the meat with sauce poured over it and garnish with parsley.
