20 lbs of tomatoes
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups Honey
1/4 cup liquid smoke
4 cups diced onion
4 Tbsp garlic powder
4 Tbsp salt
1 cup prepared mustard
1 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Run tomatoes through a food mill to remove seeds and skins
2. Put puree into a large pot, add in onion and other seasonings.
3. Cook down until thick and reduced by over 1/2.
4. Use an immersion blender to get onions blended.
5. Put into clean sterilized jars, water bath for 25 minutes.

** As this thickens it will begin to stick to the bottom of your pot make sure you are stirring frequently so it doesn't burn**

This recipe is easily customizable. If you want a sweeter sauce add in more sugar or honey. If you want some spice add in red pepper flakes. Adjust your dry seasoning to your liking!
