25 lbs of apples
2 cups apple cider
2 cups real maple syrup
3 tbsp cinnaon
1 tbsp nutmeg
2 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel, core and slice apples into a 18 qt electric roaster
2. add in all other ingredients and cook at 250º until apples are soft about 8 hours.
3. puree apples. I use a Vitamix but anything will work.
4. put apples back into roaster, and cook until its thick. another 8 hours or so.
5. Jar into pint jars and water bath for 15 minutes.

This is a healthy option for apple butter! Its not super sweet but sweet enough. Your kitchen will smell like fall!
