Ingredients: ½ cup butter melted (or while oven is preheating cut up the butter and add to pan and put in the oven. 24 eggs 2¼ tsps. salt 2½ cups milk or Half and Half

Directions:Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Pour melted butter into 9x13 inch baking dish. (If I make this large amount I sometimes use a large disposable tin pan).
In a large bowl whisk together eggs and salt until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk or Half and Half. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, then stir. Bake an additional 10 minutes and stir again.( I like to stir often. Scrambled eggs are best slow and low).
Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Take out of oven when eggs are set. It can take an additional few minutes. |

Notes: Feel free to add any additions to this dish. Veggies, cheese, crumbled sausage, smoked salmon and cream cheese. If not serving a group this recipe can be halved.
