3 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ c. strawberries, chopped
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. fresh or frozen, unsweetened strawberries, mashed or pureed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine egg yolks, condensed milk, vanilla and chopped strawberries. Fold in whipped cream.

Pour ⅓ of the mixture into aluminum foil-lined 9"x5" loaf pan or other 2-quart container. Spoon ⅓ of mashed strawberries on top. Repeat layering. Top with rest of strawberry mixture. Swirl with knife or spatula.

Put ice cream in freezer for several hours or overnight. Peel off foil and slice. Return leftovers to freezer.
