½ c. butter
¾ c. brown sugar
¼ c. nuts, finely chopped
6 oz. dark or milk chocolate chips or bars
4 oz. white chocolate bars

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by buttering two cookie sheets.

Place butter and brown sugar in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. When it reaches soft-crack stage, boil for an additional two minutes.

Pour onto two cookie sheets. Immediately top with your choice of broken chocolate or chips. Allow to melt before spreading and then sprinkle with chopped nuts and let set. Refrigerate until completely hardened. Break up the pieces and enjoy!

Tips: For dark or milk chocolate, top with walnuts, pecans, or sliced almonds. For white chocolate, top with macadamia nuts.
