1st Layer:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

2nd Layer:
1 c. powdered sugar
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c. cool whip

3rd Layer:
3 pkgs butterscotch pudding, NOT INSTANT (can substitute with cocunut cream, banana cream or chocolate)
3 3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients well and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
2nd layer: Beat together the powdered sugar, cream cheese and cool whip. Layer on cooled crust.
3rd layer: Combine 3 pkgs of regular pudding with the milk. Cook to a boil. Cool. Layer on top of cream cheese layer, followed by the rest of the cool whip on top. Cool in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.
