Ingredients:  
1 cup Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos)
1/2 cup whiskey or bourbon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large piece of Salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients together and bring to slow boil. Place salmon large roasting pan. I usually line with foil. Pour sauce over salmon
Bake at 350 for 15 min

Serve with rice and oven roasted asparagus
