8 oz. semisweet chocolate
4 T. unsalted butter
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 pacakge semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter
until almost melted (use 30 second intervals).Mix together flour,
baking powder and salt. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar and
vanilla on high speed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low
and add chocolate mixture. Mix in flour until just combined. Add
chocolate chunks.

Spoon onto a cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between
cookies. Bake 7 minutes and rotate baking sheet; bake and
additional 5-7 minutes. Cookies should be soft and shiny.
