1 pkg. manicotti or jumbo shells, cooked
1 lb. ground chuck
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped bell pepper
garlic powder
1 or 2 eggs
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 carton cottage cheese
2 t. parsley
½ c. parmesean cheese
3 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion, and bell pepper. Add seasonings. Mix next five ingredients and add to meat. Stuff into shells, and top with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Add cheddar cheese on top during the last five minutes.
