3-4 large baking potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp cumin
dash of red pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup valveeta
1 tsp salt
Toppings
Shredded cheese
bacon (crumbled)

Dice potatoes into bite size. Boil potatoes and onion in 1-2 cups water for about 20 min. Drain water add soups and rest of ingredients to pan simmer until all is mixed and melted about 15 min
